- Lead the continuous development and execution of the BU commercial strategies across the region.
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales Teams to achieve maximum performance.
- Build, promote and contribute to the development of long term partnerships with clients, customers, suppliers and key decision makers
- Build and embed the necessary capabilities, processes and resources to deliver on the commercial strategy, customer demands, and business requirements.
- Responsible for delivering the overall targeted business results.
- Lead in embedding best practice in account management, account selection, and account development.
- Identify, exploit and deliver new customers and business development opportunities, taking ownership of the sales pipeline - including customer contact and engagement plans to create and build up strong multi-level customer relationships and increased sales
- Work with Product Line Directors leading the pricing for the BU to win projects and capture market share. Agree pricing strategies, value add pricing, and project strategy to optimize success.
- Drive margin improvement opportunities through excellence in margin management and sales efficiency.
- Ensure effective and timely communication with all stakeholders in NOV Fluid Motion Solutions.
- Continuously develop and retain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and identify opportunities for mutual ways of working with key customers.
- Warrant and embed the NOV FMS vision and culture in the organization.
- Act as a role model and champion the NOV values.
- Act as a change role model continuously striving to improve leadership and people management to deliver continuous durable performance.
- Responsible for forecasting and achieving the financial metrics of the business. Reporting to management, monthly and quarterly, with respect to bookings and revenue.
- Strong business acumen and commercial experience on senior level
- Demonstrated marketing, customer experience, commercial and sales leadership skills from previous leadership roles.
- Experience and demonstrated results from driving and managing growth as well as driving organizational change in complex international structures
- Strong change management leader skills
- Proven ability to intelligently operate and navigate in a multinational matrixed corporation
- Proven ability to grasp, analyze, and initiate actions based on strong financial insights and
- Strong business acumen and commercial insights

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
- Proven ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to customer sites, field operations, and industry events.
