EKU Service is a global Product Center supporting the full lifecycle of EKU systems—from
product validation and manufacturing support to commissioning, after‑sales service, and
continuous product improvement. Our service team works closely with engineering and
commercial groups to ensure high product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Junior Service Support Engineer to join our engineering pipeline. This
role is ideal for early‑career engineers who want hands‑on experience working with
real‑world energy and industrial systems. The position includes significant field work,
supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation at customer sites while
collaborating with engineering teams to improve product performance.
• Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EKU systems
• Inspect and replace hardware components such as sensors, harnesses, and LV/MV
• Support controller and HMI checks, configuration, and software updates
• Verify connectivity and network integration (edge devices, LTE, gateways)
• Assist engineering teams with system validation and testing
• Support issue tracking and technical investigations using internal systems
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and product teams
• Help identify opportunities for service improvements and product enhancements
• Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Controls,
