Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul plant machinery and process equipment, including:
- PLC and PanelView troubleshooting and repair
- Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD) systems
- Electrical systems and motor controls
•Install machinery, process equipment, and associated utilities; calibrate and adjust systems for proper function.
•Perform both routine and non-scheduled electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs across the facility.
•Supervise maintenance team members, assigning tasks and ensuring timely, safe, and quality work completion.
•Complete maintenance documentation, including time tracking, job plans, and parts usage.
•Lead or participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and process issues.
•Promote and maintain a clean, safe working environment across all maintenance areas.
•Collaborate with other departments to schedule equipment work around production needs.
•Attend required plant training, programs, and safety committee meetings.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree preferred.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment or maintenance management.
•Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
•Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
•Comfortable using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
•Proven team leadership and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
•Experience in pipe coating, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environments.
•Familiarity with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards.
•Certifications in forklift/crane operation or industrial maintenance a plus.
