The EPMO Summer Intern will support the Enterprise Project Management Office by assisting with project intake, project coordination, and entry-level business analysis activities. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT project delivery. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with active projects, project intake requests, and governance processes while collaborating with project managers, business and technical teams across CoServ.
- Assist with project intake requests, including gathering initial information and organizing documentation.
- Support intake review meetings by preparing materials, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Maintain intake logs, dashboards, and status tracking tools.
- Assist Project Managers with project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking.
- Maintain organized project repositories following EPMO standards.
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business processes and needs.
- Help document current-state and future-state processes.
- Learn and apply EPMO standards, templates, and tools.
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with EPMO team members on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise Project Management and Business Analysis practices.
- Hands-on experience with project intake, governance, and delivery processes.
- Collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams.
- Development of professional communication and documentation skills.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
