As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance in product selection, order processing, quote management, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders efficiently and provide excellent service throughout each interaction.
- Build rapport and establish strong long-term relationships
- Deliver tailored solutions and product recommendations
- Respond to phone inquiries, emails, and eCommerce requests
- Prepare quotes, price materials, and follow up to close sales
- Accurately process orders, including material specifications and payment information
- Maintain customer profiles within the CRM system
- Diagnose customer needs and recommend appropriate products and cutting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns proactively
- Follow up on quotes and re-engage dormant customers
- Assist with outbound sales activities as needed
- Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors
- Ensure clear communication to support order accuracy, inventory management, and timely deliveries
- Operate a company vehicle and complete scheduled deliveries as required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Support sales targets through upselling, margin monitoring, and outstanding customer service
- At least 1 year of customer service, inside sales, or retail sales experience
- Excellent communication (Preferably Bilingual) and relationship-building skills
- Accurate data entry and computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong math skills and comfort with measurements
- Positive and solutions-driven attitude
- Valid driver’s license (required)
