As a Commercial Energy Consultant, you’ll connect directly with clients to assess their energy needs, craft customized solutions, and guide them through the procurement process to secure the best possible rates and terms. You’ll combine your communication and sales skills, energy market knowledge, and relentless drive to build lasting relationships and deliver results that make an impact.
· Engage and Consult: Meet with clients to understand their energy usage, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
· Analyze and Advise: Review energy data and market trends to develop tailored savings strategies.
· Negotiate and Close: Leverage your persuasive skills to negotiate competitive contracts and secure deals that deliver value.
· Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for your clients — their go-to expert for all things energy.
· Manage Contracts: Oversee contract renewals, compliance, and ongoing optimization opportunities.
· Stay Driven: Embrace challenges with enthusiasm and maintain a relentless focus on performance and results.

· A motivated self-starter with an enthusiastic, energetic, and grinder mentality, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based sales environment.
· Knowledge of the energy industry and a desire to keep learning.
· A detail-oriented approach to contract management and client service.
· Ability to manage multiple clients while staying organized and professional.
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
· Must be able to commute to the assigned office, Monday through Friday.
· Education: High school diploma or GED required.
· Experience: 4+ years of outside sales or related experience preferred
· Commission based pay - paid weekly plus quarterly bonuses.
· Training stipend of $500 for 1st week
