We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. This role is crucial in providing top-notch administrative support.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain records of all invoices, payments, and transactions.
- Generate monthly financial reports related to invoicing activities.
- Collaborate with the finance department to streamline invoicing processes.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant role.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Sage Intact is a plus.
