The Account Payable Associate is expected to support the team in executing all AP activities. Send and file external and internal correspondence and communication. Collect, control, and process data; execute changes in a timely manner. Be adaptable to the fast-paced environment.
- Processing open items using our ERP system(s) GP and Invoice Manager
- Update ACH data
- Contact with internal/external customers
- Scanning invoices
- Resolving inquiries within 24 hours
- Assist team members to complete tasks
- COMMUNICATION – must be able to effectively communicate with teammates, managers and customers
- INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – demonstrates the ability to understand relationship-orientated aspects of social effectiveness and to operate successfully in a variety of social exchanges

Ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in AP
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advance Excel skills.
Knowledge of applicable business practices and accepted AP business processes
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Great Plains, Workplace and Wells Fargo Invoice Manager (training offered)
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change
- English, fluent proficiency, verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish an advantage
- This position is full-time, standard operating hours – possibility to go Hybrid
- Minimal travel may be required with this position as part of support responsibilities
