About the Role:
As a Recruiting Student, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes from start to finish. You’ll work closely with recruiters, candidates, and HR professionals across multiple functions to help deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. In addition to recruitment-focused responsibilities, you may also have the opportunity to support other areas of Talent Management including Employee Relations, Employee Experience, and Learning & Development — giving you broad exposure to the field of HR and a chance to grow your professional skillset.

Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve bending, stooping, reaching, walking, or standing for brief periods of time.
