Inside Sales Account Manager
Pease & Curren, Inc (Warwick), a national leader in precious metals refining since 1916, is now hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager. The candidate we select must be competititve, adaptable, and willing to learn and wants to be paid an exceptional income for exceptional work. This is a position for an individual with a strong work ethic and desire to suceed in a team-based enviroment. Manage established long-term client accounts and help create new ones.
This sales roled generates incremental sales and supports field sales initiatives via lead qualification, relationship building, account maintenence, and idependently closing sales. The Inside Sales Account Manager generates sales and qualifies leads using pre-set criteria and a definded selling process actively communicates and follows up with the assigned Outside Sales Account Manager.
This is a collaborative sales situation with Manufacturers and major Jewelry companies. This is an educational sale that helps Manufactures and Jewelers understand how to manage their precious metals bearing scrap and get better refining results. Our service sells itself because of our longstanding position in the industry. Many Jewelers are artists and have a need for this information that Pease & Curren, Inc. supplies.
- Generate Sales - Increase sales by closing new business.
- Sales Lead Qualification – Qualify prospects by calling key accounts previously identified or leads generated by marketing activities. Identify client needs and potential opportunity for Pease & Curren, Inc.
- Schedule site visits for Outside Sales Account Managers with qualified prospects.
- Communication - Frequently informs and updates the assigned Outside Sales Account Manager of call activities, results, and necessary field action required.

Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. This is a 37.5-hour work week with a ½ hour lunch break.
Compensation:
Compensation: 75K, Commission plan (1st year average - 5K - 10K). Health Plan, Dental Plan, 401K Plan, 10 paid Holidays per year, paid time off.- 401(k)
