We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Representative – Level 3
Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $75,000–$95,000/year | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Level 3 Senior Technical Sales Representative to lead high-value accounts, quote complex fabrication work, and develop long-term customer partnerships. You’ll work directly with engineers, buyers, and project managers on projects where accuracy and communication are critical.
At this level, you operate independently, mentor junior reps, and protect the shop from poorly defined or unprofitable work. Your decisions influence our workload, our profitability, and the quality of relationships we maintain.
- Lead and grow major accounts through consistent, strategic communication
- Quote complex, multi-step fabrication projects with tight tolerances and detailed requirements
- Evaluate technical feasibility, flag risks, and guide customers toward practical solutions
- Manage long-term customer relationships, recurring work, and strategic opportunities
- Coordinate closely with operations and leadership on capacity planning and profitability
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and follow-up on all major opportunities
- Improve internal processes and mentor Level 1–2 reps to strengthen team capability- 5–10+ years of technical sales, estimating, or manufacturing experience
- Deep ability to read drawings, assemblies, and complex fabrication requirements
- Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, weld requirements, hardware, and finishing processes
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and complex workloads independently
- Confident communication with engineers, buyers, and internal teams
- Strong judgment around quoting risk, feasibility, and customer expectations
- Valid driver’s license and insurability
- $75,000–$95,000/year based on experience
- Incentive Potential: Higher commission rate with accelerators for major accounts
- Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 10% of base salary

This position operates in a mixed office and light-industrial environment. You’ll spend time managing key accounts, reviewing complex drawings, quoting high-value projects, and walking the shop floor to validate scope and production concerns firsthand.
