Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. North Wales Water Authority, North Wales PA.
The North Wales Water Authority (NWWA) is currently accepting applications for the full-time role of Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. The position may occasionally require working at different NWWA locations; however, it will initially be based at our Bucks County Office, located on Route 611 in Warrington.
Various duties and administrative skills are required, including but not limited to responding to customer inquiries via phone and written communications, processing payments, scheduling appointments for services such as water quality tasks, and assisting with grant writing, projects, composing letters and emails, interacting with and helping other departments within the organization, and performing other duties as assigned from time to time. Training will be provided.
Applicants should have strong communication skills in, at a minimum, the English language, along with reporting, organizational, and analytical skills. They must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of problem-solving. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and related computer skills are essential job requirements. The minimum educational requirement is a High School diploma, with a preference for a College Degree in a related field or equivalent. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license (without the need for high-risk rated insurance) is required, along with successful completion of a background check, physical exam, and drug screening as prerequisites for employment.
