Our PIPELINE AIR CAS are designed, engineered, built, operated, and maintained to deliver compressed air as a utility and, in every case, an efficient, reliable, and application-tailored solution to maximize savings and optimize the end user’s success.
Reporting to the Controller & HR Manager, the Administration Specialist will support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail and FedEx/UPS.
Assist executives and managers with administrative related duties including assistance with travel planning and bookings, setting up company lunches and events.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a business-related field.
Must have great communication & collaboration skills to support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
Must have organizational skills and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
Self-starter but be able to work with a team.
