We are seeking a dedicated Shop Order Expeditor and Customer Service representative to join our team in the United States. Based in our vibrant location, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely order processing and delivering exceptional customer support to our valued clients. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to faith-based excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate materials and shop orders to keep production on schedule

- Order raw materials and maintain proper stock levels

- Work closely with manufacturing, customer service, sales, and warehouse teams

- Communicate order status and ensure deadlines are met

- Receive and process customer orders, answer phones, and assist with inquiries

- Support with returns, quotes, and general customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
