The Role

As Sales Director, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth

- Lead and build a

high-performing regional sales team

- Oversee

multi-state territories

and ensure consistent growth across markets.

- Manage

key municipal and commercial accounts

and high-value RFPs.

- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy and execution.

- Represent Trenchless Today at

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of

B2B construction or infrastructure sales

experience.

- Strong background in

multi-location/regional operations

.

- Proven success with

municipal bidding, RFPs, and large commercial projects

.

- Leadership skills

to mentor and grow a sales team.

- Financial savvy – you know how to forecast, price, and protect margins.

- Willing to

travel 50–70%

across East Coast locations.

- Trenchless/CIPP knowledge is a plus.
