**Industrial Maintenance Technician**

* Location: Dallas, NC
* Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* Schedule: 3 on / 4 off, 4 on / 3 off rotation
* Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Arthur Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across two facilities in Dallas, NC. This position is ideal for a dependable, knowledgeable technician with a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to safety, quality, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks
* Accurately complete maintenance logs and reports
* Travel between two nearby facilities (less than 1 mile apart) as needed

**Job Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Reliable transportation for commuting between two facilities
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
