Project Coordinator – 1-year contract

Your Day-to-Day:
•Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information in clear, concise, and meaningful formats based on business unit requirements and department standards
•Provide support in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management
•Resolve back billing errors within the Service Entry Sheet process, working with both internal and external customers
•Update the back billing tool and communicate changes to colleagues
•Assist in collecting and validating information
•Contribute to vendor billing research and provide relevant input
•Facilitate collaborative documentation and maintain shared data repositories
•Help prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders
•Coordinate project sub-team activities or tasks that impact assigned responsibilities
•Communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills
•Utilize strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
•High school diploma or GED required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
•Experience with work order and purchase order (PO) processes using SAP
•Excellent organizational and time management abilities
•Customer service experience, with a focus on daily interaction and support
