Electrical contractor in Ann Arbor, Michigan has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. Full time: Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Essential Duties and Functions (can vary daily)
•General clerical duties such as filing, scanning, greeting clients and new hires
•Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
•Data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel and internal accounting system
•Ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
•Assist other departments: accounting, estimating, and engineering
•Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Abilities
•Prioritize and multi-task
•Work both independently and with others
•Strong math aptitude and computer knowledge
Job Qualifications
•Must have high school diploma or equivalent
•Preferred: 2-3 years related office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
