We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service & Lead Management Coordinator. The ideal candidate will embody the skills and traits necessary for success in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

- Gathering lead information from various channels and entering it into the CRM system.
- Qualifying leads according to established criteria to determine sales readiness.
- Maintaining regular communication with leads through email, phone, and other channels, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Analyzing lead data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead management process.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the overall lead management workflow.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls as required, generating and following up on sales leads when necessary.
- Identifying customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through phone or email.
- Entering orders into the ordering system and providing accurate quotes when necessary.
- Communicating promptly and accurately with both colleagues and customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and handling document scanning and filing.
- Upholding a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers always.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or lead management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.
- Experience with lead generation is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and efficient typing ability.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace required.
- Experience with HubSpot is an asset
- Job type: Full-time
- Pay: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
