Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for leading all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production goals in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred). - 4+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call, as needed

Key responsabilities

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team in a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.

- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to reduce interruptions and meet manufacturing targets.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in production equipment.

- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and vendor relationships.

- Conduct root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support plant expansion, equipment installation, and capital projects.

- Drive a culture of safety, reliability, and accountability within the maintenance team.
