Operations Field Support Supervisor – Work Management
Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an inspiring and strategic Operations Work Management Field Support Specialist Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team that supports Field Operations. This leadership role focuses on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in alignment with our organization's strategic goals.
As a frontline leader for Operations Work Management, you will play a key role in developing your team’s capabilities, streamlining work management processes, and driving operational excellence. You will partner with internal stakeholders to implement best practices, enhance coordination between Field Support and Field Services, and ensure the accurate and timely execution of daily assignments and project tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for a results-driven leader who excels at coaching others, improving processes, utilizing technological advances, and making a meaningful impact on Field Operations efficiency and service delivery.
Who are you are… Qualified candidates will have solid hands-on demonstrated experience working in business operations support; leadership experience is highly preferred and four or more years of experience is desired. Additionally, a bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. This position is best suited for a motivated and driven individual who is eager to find synergies amongst workgroups, drive continuous improvement efforts, and champion a positive working environment.
As a working supervisor, you must be comfortable and ready to roll up your sleeves and support your team wherever it is needed! You must demonstrate positive and influential leadership skills and the desire to make an impact in your position. You will be responsible for evaluating performance, hiring, and training staff, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure adequate resources and staff coverage are available to meet ongoing and special requirements.
A valid, unrestricted driver's license is required for this position.
