**Job Description:**

* Responsible for maintaining records of inventories, client directories, and all proposals.
* Responsible for all new client inquires, registering clients, and reviewing their project files.
* Drafting construction intake write-ups, bid proposal and repair proposals.
* Responsible for managing entire proposal file inventory.
* Responsible for client follow up.
* Screening calls for the mainline and forwarding accordingly.
* Create and organize customer files
