We are rapidly scaling and looking for high-performance team members who are passionate about reshaping the future of energy transmission.
TS Conductor is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead and optimize commercial operations that drive sales success, strategic growth, and market leadership. This highly cross-functional role will be responsible for CRM utilization and reporting, conference and event lead generation, customer experience, RFP and contract management, sales planning, partner enablement, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can align tactical execution with broader growth initiatives ensuring the discovery, promotion, and adoption of TS Conductor’s superior product solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiar with Transmission and Distribution T&D industry. Familiar with basic knowledge of power transmission, voltage transmission efficiency, and sag tension.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Should have strong analytical skills to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. They should be able to break down problems into smaller components, conduct research, gather data, and apply critical thinking to identify the root causes and develop innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Attention to Detail: Must pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in their work. They should be meticulous in following industry standards, and documentation requirements to create winning proposals.
Communication Skills: Must demonstrate strong executive communication to align with leadership, while also serving as a cross-functional connector between sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams. Must be able to craft clear, compelling customer-facing messaging that translates technical features into business value, particularly in complex sales environments. The role requires the ability to deliver effective sales training, provide constructive coaching, and foster a culture of active listening and feedback. Strong written communication skills are essential for developing sales playbooks, RFP responses, and strategic content that support consistent, high-impact selling. This position requires proficiency in the ability to speak and read English.

Sales support organization position works primarily in an office environment. Occupational health and safety practices are essential in manufacturing environments and all employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
