The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator with 5+ years in construction, project management, or inspection. This hybrid role supports scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and reporting, with occasional travel to project sites.- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Manage materials, POs, and subcontractor communication
- Draft reports, RFIs, and project documentation- 5+ years relevant construction/project coordination experience
- AMPP/NACE CIP Level I required (Level II/III preferred)

The Construction Project Coordinator will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position will assist project leadership with scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and other project-related activities. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional field support as needed. This role may be in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with the ability to work remotely as approved. Some travel to other project sites may be required, depending on business needs and candidate location.
- Draft submittals, RFIs, and project startup documentation
- Order parts and materials; track POs, deliveries, and lead times
- Track budgets and identify opportunities to reduce expenses
- Maintain project calendars and ensure deadlines/meetings are met
- Prepare assignments for teams and maintain regular filing and paperwork
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, project management, or inspection
- AMPP/NACE Coatings Inspector Program (CIP) Level I required; Level II or III strongly preferred
- Strong aptitude for computer work, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent report writing skills with keen attention to detail

- Ability to travel occasionally between Rancho Cucamonga, Bakersfield, or other project sites as required.
