As a Subcontracts Site Coordinator you will support the appropriate FLINT’s Manager and/or Site Superintendent as required. This position may be working in partnership with client site clerk to ensure project completion in a timely and accurate manner.
- Lead subcontractor onboarding and kickoff activities, ensuring readiness, compliance with FLINT safety standards, and completion of orientations, permits, logistics, and work packages.
- Coordinate daily work fronts, permits, site access, and client-supplied services (scaffolding, cranes, etc.); gather requirements and submit service requests with proper lead time.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements; track 3-week look-aheads and progress updates, escalating risks as needed.
- Maintain auditable site documentation including correspondence, orientations, change management records, and commercial communications following SCM protocols.
- Support change management by validating entitlement, routing executed change orders, and keeping Project Controls informed
- Capture performance metrics and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting, progress summaries, and SCM KPIs.

- Minimum 5 years coordinating subcontractors in construction or industrial projects, preferably site-based.
- Proven track record in schedule management, progress reporting, and change control.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills for managing multiple subcontractors and client interfaces.
- Proficient in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of SCM governance, commercial protocols, and requisition processes.
- Familiarity with HSE requirements and PSSP implementation.
