We are currently looking to add a Bookkeeper/Administration Specialist to our team. This position will be full-time and based out of our Wetaskiwin office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Full cycle bookkeeping Accounts Receivable, as well as follow up on overdue accounts

● Invoicing clients using Sage Simply Accounting, 3rd party billing including Open Invoice

● Administration support including answering phones, managing emails and data entry

● Assist with managing inventory for multiple warehouse locations

● Coverage in other office areas as required

Qualifications:

● Experience with accounting software including Sage, Open Invoice and Cortex

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook

● Detail orientated and organized

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

● Enthusiasm for learning new programs or software quickly

● Strong communication skills

Preferred

● Bookkeeping/Accounting courses an asset

● Drive to improve and learn
