Saturn has an opportunity for a full time
Master Data Analystbased in the Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the Team Lead, Master Data, the Master Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Set up and maintain all cost center, AFE and vendor master data in Qbyte FM.
- Communicate updates to all departments through email and respond to all queries on master file maintenance.
- Assist capital group with ensuring all AFE’s are available for use when approved.
- Prepare journal entries to reverse/rebook AFE and cost center charges when working interest changes are identified.
- Work together with operations groups to develop processes and procedures for maintaining allocations to ensure costs are being allocated to wells accurately.
- Additional duties as required.
Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Qbyte FM
- Solid understanding of operations, capital and joint venture accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
