The Admin Manager oversees daily administrative functions to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. This role supports General Affairs and basic IT coordination, manages office resources, and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and guests. The responsibilities listed below provide an overview of the role, but the position may include additional tasks as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Monitor office budgets and assist with financial tracking for supplies, events, and operational expenses.
- Manage office inventory and coordinate purchasing of necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee and customer information.
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and visitor management.
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks to promote efficiency and workflow.
- Coordinate with IT or vendors for basic system troubleshooting and office equipment needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support general office organization and upkeep.
- Handle additional tasks or responsibilities as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–10 years of administrative, office management, or general affairs experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical work environment.
- Familiarity with office budgeting or basic financial tracking.
- Experience coordinating events or supporting multi-department administrative processes.
- Intermediate Understanding in Korean
