The A&I Engineer is responsible for becoming an expert in all things related to A&I. The A&I Engineer will need to follow PRS processes to ensure customer satisfaction on projects. It is expected that the A&I Engineer work on billable project work 90% of the time. The A&I Engineer will support the Project Manager to develop all project deliverables to the highest quality. The A&I Engineer will need to be familiar with the project scope to identify scope creep or change orders and report them to the Project Manager. It is important for the A&I Engineer to ask for help where needed either from the Project Manager or the Lead A&I Engineer. The A&I Engineer will need to be flexible as there will be many projects that the A&I Engineer will need to go between to support on different levels.

- Detailed review of A&I deliverables for projects.
- Reviewing A&I processes and providing feedback.
- Complete assigned work within agreed upon scope, schedule, and budget to a high level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members as you work towards a common goal.
- Follow all PRS processes and provide feedback during weekly meetings.
- Participate in sales calls or meetings as necessary to support company growth.
- B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Experience in electric power system automation and integration.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming and development, configuring IT/OT networks, and experience with protective relays, controllers, or equivalent products.
- Experience working with industry standard communication protocols such as IEC-61850, DNP, and Modbus and integrating those protocols in a SCADA system.
- Willing to travel a minimum of 25% per year.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Background check results satisfactory to the company.
