The Program Support Associate will support multiple projects. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Makes decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
- Collect, compile and analyze information requests from partners and clients.
- Compose oral or written summaries as requested.
- Compose correspondence requiring business or technical vocabulary as directed.
- Create and maintain database(s), spreadsheet files, and other records.
- Regularly coordinate meetings and make travel arrangements.
- Document action items, communicate next steps and needs to the appropriate team members, follow up to ensure items are completed in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions with Program Lead's to ensure records and next steps are maintained.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular communications with partners, clients and internal team to achieve company and program goals.
- Support program delivery as requested by supporting calling and email campaigns.
- Build relationships with key personnel such as contractor sales teams to drive program participation.
- Strong skillset with MS Word®, MS Excel®, MS PowerPoint®, MS Outlook®, OneNote, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows® operating systems.
- Strong planning and detailed follow up ability.
- Ability to make sound decisions with little supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and reports.
• Exceptional organizational skill and ability to work independently as a self-motivated team player. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members.
- Experience delivering accurate and error free work product.
- “Customer service” ethic and strong professional skills to serve our clients and program partners.
- Experience in the energy efficiency, environmental or sustainability sectors.
