Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
•Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys
•Provide accurate information about products and services
•Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
•Document all interactions in the system accurately
•Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
•Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
•Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
•Bilingual skills are a plus
