We are looking for a proven HVAC sales closer who can run appointments, build trust with homeowners, and confidently close high-ticket system replacements.
If you know how to control the conversation, present options, and ask for the sale—this is a high-income opportunity.
- Run company-provided leads (2–4 per day typical)
- Perform in-home evaluations and load calculations
- Present system options (Good / Better / Best)
- Educate homeowners and overcome objections
- Close deals on the spot
- Coordinate with install team for smooth job completion
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM- 2+ years of HVAC sales experience (preferred)
- Strong closing ability (not an order taker)
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to handle $8K–$25K+ ticket sales - Valid driver’s license- Commission-based: $100K–$350K + potential
