Role Description:

The Fullfillment Manager will be part of the Project Management team and will have the following responsibilities :

- Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and storage.

- Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Coordinate with Projectmanagement, Requisition engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packager and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost.

- Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site.

- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or inventory shortages.

- Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or delivery delays

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

- Lead, train, and develop fulfillment team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Engineering (mechanical/electrical HTL), Commercial education, Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or related field.

- Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain management.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
