Our goal is to be a leader in intelligent water solutions by delivering advanced, in-depth operational water insights and expertise through innovative user-friendly software.
We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Finance & Administration, to support our growing team and develop a modern, efficient finance & administration structure. In this role, you will be leading the finance function, reporting directly to the CEO, and you will oversee the full range of finance activities, including accounting, controlling, internal and external reporting, audit, consolidation, treasury and tax for our three subsidiaries in the USA, Canada and the UK. This includes ensuring our systems, processes, and procedures are modern, efficient, and compliant.
You will establish management reporting framework, budgeting and financial planning processes and supervise the preparation of timely, reliable and accurate internal and external financial reports, including tax filings and analysis of performance, variance and cash flow to the strictest standards of accounting and the law. To support our team, you will be responsible for our internal administration including managing external service providers for tax and legal. As our company continues to grow, you may be responsible for building and developing a high performing finance team.

- A Master’s degree in (Business) Economics is an asset.
- Relevant years of finance experience
- Experience in consolidation and IFRS accounting
- Background in the industrial B2B sector
- International professional experience
- Sense of humor and a practical, hands-on attitude
