- Schedule and coordinate service and installation jobs.
- Update and maintain the service calendar.
- Communicate job details to technicians and track job progress.
- Be the first point of contact for service, installation, and fuel orders.
- Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer concerns.
- Source, order, and track parts for jobs.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory records.
- Update customer and service details in the CRM.
- Generate reports on service metrics and inventory.
- Communicate with technicians, delivery drivers, and office staff to streamline operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or parts sourcing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
