Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential clients. Duties

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including door-to-door visits, community events, and networking opportunities.

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.

- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure seamless project execution from initial consultation to installation.

- Provide ongoing support and education to clients about solar technology, financing options, and system maintenance.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in solar technology to effectively market our services.

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Ability to effectively market solar solutions to diverse audiences.

- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.

- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

- Technical sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
