Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Material Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in the flow of materials within our yard and order fulfillment for our customers. This position requires a safety first mindset, experience in materials handling and forklift operation.
Duties
•
Materials handling operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
•
Must use handheld scanners to maintain accurate records of material movements, including movement between storage locations as well as order fulfillment.
•
Restocking of inventory
•
pulling/loading of sales orders on our trucks or customer vehicles.
Qualifications
•
Ability to operate forklifts safely with possible use of overhead cranes.
•
Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
