This internship will help you acquire marketable Human Resources & People Culture skills by participating in key HR initiatives and live Projects that will impact employee engagement, employer branding, recruiting, culture, and overall employer value proposition. You will gain broad experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

•

Assist in full lifecycle recruiting tasks such as sourcing, resume review, interviews and scheduling.

•

Research salary compensation benchmarks & manage candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse).

•

Build out and manage CRM function in our ATS and create passive/active recruiting campaigns to identify and connect with future critical talent.

•

Create Talent Acquisition reports in our ATS and analyze trends, present findings.

•

Manage Internship job boards and external engagement.

•

Support Onboarding process and implement enhancements.

•

Research AI applications for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.

•

Support company immigration process and other Admin projects.

•

Develop early-stage talent program and support Workforce Development efforts with our Talent Development & Recruitment team.

•

Conduct research on People & Culture resources with the Talent Development Manager.

•

Assist in preparation and reporting of Employee Engagement Survey.

Skills And Experience

•

Pursuing/received Bachelors, Associate, or Master's degree in human resources, communications, or related degree.

•

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

•

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, preferred.

•

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and professional communication skills.

•

Results-driven and detail oriented, prioritizing accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.

•

Ability to keep to deadlines while demonstrating empathy to team members and stakeholders.

•

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
