A Crew Truck Foreman is responsible for: daily production, supervision, safety and reporting of specific jobs along with the truck, equipment, and company property as they perform their duties.
You will also supervise labourers and or young/new workers to ensure their safety and on the job training. As a foreman you must also ensure the job is completed to the satisfaction of the client while following all policies, procedures, rules, and applicable legislation.
3 or more years of field experience in oilfield construction and/or maintenance supervision required.
- Supervise and lead a crew of oil and gas workers in daily activities.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to crew members.
- Monitor progress and productivity of crew members.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures.
