The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our service and construction teams have the right parts, tools, and equipment to deliver exceptional results. You’ll manage procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and team development—all while driving efficiency and cost control.
What You’ll Do
•Oversee inventory levels and procurement of parts, tools, and supplies.
•Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
•Support service and construction teams by ensuring timely parts distribution.
•Track inventory, billing, and returns using our CRM system.
•Supervise and train department staff; support licensing and certification efforts.
•Develop and manage department goals and budgets.
•Apply supply chain best practices to streamline operations and reduce waste.
•Maintain department tools, vehicles, and equipment in top condition.
•Provide excellent customer service and manage parts sales and payment collection.
What You Bring
•2–3 years of experience in a parts department (mechanical or industrial preferred).
•At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
•Basic financial and budgeting knowledge.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
