We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative with experience in industrial, heavy-duty, or welding-related sales. The right candidate will be confident in building relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting service solutions that match our customers’ requirements.
You’ll be responsible for growing our client base, maintaining existing accounts, and actively promoting our HD mechanical and welding services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities within trucking, heavy equipment, and welding industries.
- Promote Northern Repair’s services, including heavy-duty mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as required.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in HD mechanics, welding, or industrial services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment, mechanical repair, or welding is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
