Monument Solar is a locally owned and operated solar installation company based in Saginaw, TX. Founded by a licensed journeyman electrician, we're committed to delivering high quality solar, battery, and EV charging installations - all performed by our own in-house crews ( no subcontractors, no pressure sales). About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and personable Solar Specialist to join our Saginaw showroom team. As the face of Monument Solar, you'll engage directly with walk-in visitors who are curious about solar and home energy solutions - no cold calling, no door knocking. Your role is to educate, inspire and guide customers through their clean energy journey.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our interactive Solar Showroom

- Understand each customer's goals and explain how solar, batteries, and EV chargers fit their lifestyle

- Present Monument Solar's products, services, and financing options with confidence and clarity

- Build trust through education, not pressure

- Schedule qualified consultations for our solar design and installation teams

- Keep the showroom professional, clean, and engaging

- Collaborate closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Support showroom events, educational seminars, and community outreach

Qualifications

- Strong communication and people skills, able to simplify technical topics for anyone

- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability

- Previous experience in retail, showroom, or consultative sales preferred

- Comfortable using CRM tools and presentation software (training provided)

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Must be available to work showroom hours, including some weekends

- Technical training or certifications in solar or clean tech are a plus (not required)
