- Active HIS License (Required)
- Experience working with homeowners or business clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
- Self-driven with a professional mindset
- Consult with homeowners and business owners on energy solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments
- Manage and follow up with active opportunities
- Work within a team structure to maintain consistent performance
- Represent both Solar and HVAC product offerings
- Ongoing training and support
