ICM Group are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy & Performance Professional to lead the alignment, execution, and continuous optimization of digital transformation efforts across downstream operations.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and digital program teams to build and execute a clear strategic roadmap, monitor impact through KPIs, and uncover new growth opportunities driven by technology and market trends.

Develop and align a downstream digital roadmap with broader corporate strategies and goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, market movements, and global best practices to guide digital priorities.
Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for digital initiatives.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for strategy pivots or course corrections.
Function as a strategic liaison between leadership, digital program managers, and operations to ensure effective execution.
Lead strategy reviews, stakeholder briefings, and steering committee updates.
Conduct feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and risk analyses for digital initiatives.
Offer guidance on digital investment priorities and resource planning for maximum business impact.
Monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for innovation.
Promote an agile, iterative approach to technology adoption and transformation delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field (Master is preferred).
15+ years of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or management consulting (ideally within oil & gas or heavy industry).
Proven ability to set and steer enterprise-level digital strategies in complex organizations.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, performance analytics, and communication.
Experience with KPIs, OKRs, and strategic performance dashboards.
Solid understanding of digital enablers such as cloud, data analytics, IoT, and AI.
Agile mindset with adaptability to changing business and technology landscapes.
