Global Geophysical Services - Location: Stafford, Texas (with 50% international travel to Middle East and other project sites)
We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for our international projects, with a focus on the Middle East. Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage employee and medical records, prepare contracts, coordinate with in-country staffing agencies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and project requirements like fitness-for-duty certifications and PPE usage. This role requires 50% travel to project sites and a passion for building high-performing teams in challenging environments.

Responsibilities
•Maintain secure, compliant employee and medical records (GDPR, HIPAA).
•Review resumes and screen candidates to meet project-specific requirements (medical, PPE, fitness-for-duty).
•Develop staffing plans for project timelines, coordinating with Middle East staffing agencies to fill gaps.
•Draft and review employee contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and project needs.
•Facilitate visas, work permits, and travel logistics for international deployments.
•Partner with the Medical Director to verify fitness-for-duty certifications.
•Audit records and staffing processes for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
•5–7 years of HR, recruitment, or staffing management experience, with 2+ years in international operations or project-based industries (e.g., oil and gas, construction).
•Preference for U.S. Military Personnel Specialist experience (Enlisted or Warrant Officer) for expertise in high-stakes personnel management.
•Strong organizational skills for managing confidential employee and medical records.
•Expertise in resume screening, contract preparation, and workforce planning.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with staffing agencies and diverse stakeholders.
•Cultural sensitivity for Middle East and international environments.
•Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to wear PPE (e.g., hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) and pass a pre-employment medical examination.
•Preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
