About This Job
We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer to become a part of our team! You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
•
Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product
•
Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
•
Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree. Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
•
Previous experience in structural/mechanical engineering.
•
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
•
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
•
Interpret customer requirements by reviewing specifications, sales documents, project drawings, etc. ensure design requirements match proposal and contract documents
•
Coordinate all work with the engineers and draftsmen to incorporate structural, electrical and mechanical systems into the design within the bounds of the contract documents and the job estimates
•
Coordinate and communicate with customers, contractors and project architects / engineers
The positions is in-house, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
