Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our Perry Technical Services Division in Jasper Alabama. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales through warm calling and building relationships with clients. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the coal industry equipment supply business.
Responsibilities
•Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate interest in our coal products.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
•Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
•Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
•Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
•Act as Team Lead for Junior Sales Representatives. Coach, mentor, and train Inside Sales Reps to achieve defined goals.
Requirements
•Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the coal- industry machinery or related industries. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated Inside Sales experience.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
•Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred.
