Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
•Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the wind industry.
•Develop tailored go-to-market strategies to enter new accounts and segments.

•Understand clients’ business needs, strategic drivers, and growth plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
•Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Commercial Strategy & Execution
•Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, operations, leadership) to align solutions with client requirements.
•Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to senior leadership.
•Track trends within the wind energy sector and share actionable insights with internal teams.
Background:
•Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales or key account management experience.
•Strong & solid background in the wind industry (e.g., OEMs, service providers, component suppliers, or asset owner).
•Demonstrated ability to both open new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
•Willingness to travel (20–40%) mostly to clients in North America but also to Headquarters in Denmark when needed.
•Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Danish) are a plus.
