As a Consultative Sales Specialist, you’ll help customers find electricity plans designed to maximize their savings—and their peace of mind. Your day will be a blend of active listening, smart recommendations, and confident closing. Plus, thanks to our concierge-style service, you’ll also guide customers through selecting internet, home security, and other essential home services.

- Build rapport and engage customers to uncover their true needs
- Match customers with the best electricity plans and secure optimal rates
- Recommend additional home services (internet, home security, etc.)
- Apply consultative selling and closing techniques to overcome objections
- Stay curious—continuously learn about the industries we serve
- Embrace feedback, try new approaches, and grow your skillset
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays- 1+ year call center experience (strongly preferred) - 2+ years inside sales or similar experience (preferred)
- Customer service mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills (email, CRM, web tools)
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for helping customers
- Energy experience is a plus but not required
