The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a motivated Crane Apprentice to join our growing team. this is and exciting opportunity to build a career in heavy equipment operation with mentorship from experienced crane operators and hands-on experience in a dynamic marine environment.

Responsibilities:
•Assist crane operators with rigging, lifting, and operational support.
•learn the fundamentals of operating conventional cranes on land and the marine setting.
•Support safe loading/unloading and material handling procedures.
•Perform daily equipment checks and general maintenance tasks.
•Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
•Interest in pursuing a career as a crane operator in marine construction
•Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.
•A Class ! or Class # drivers license is preferred, but not required.
•Previous construction or mechanical experience is an asset but not necessary.
•Ability to work with others in a team environment.
